11 NEW vendors in April!

YES–you read that correctly–11 new vendors in April! Add that to the seven that joined us in March and we have a rockin’ full shoppe! (Currently at rental capacity–but contact us for information about being added to the wait list.) We added shelving for 10 new vendors and they filled them with some fantastic treasures and finds. You’ll want to stop by this weekend and shop all of the great merchandise to add a hint of spring joy to your home.

SoleCare: Homeless Shoe Project

One of the four initiatives of Town Square Partners (the outreach ministry of Stone Coast Community Church) is bringing hope and dignity to homeless individuals in our community. We do this through several projects throughout the year in various forms. A need of the homeless that often goes unmet are properly fitting, safe footwear. We have teamed up with Matthewson Street Church, who feed dozens of homeless folks weekly, to gather names, sizes, and desired shoe type of the homeless in Providence, RI.

This Easter season, we are striving to provide new shoes to over  100 people in need in Providence. You can be part of bringing dignity and hope to those in need by donating to this cause. Here’s how:

1. Stop by Four Echoes at Grist Mill Pond and visit our SoleCare Display.

2. Choose a name of a person with a corresponding pair of new shoes (we did the shopping for you).

3. Write a note of encouragement and hope to your recipient.

4. Bring the shoes to the front desk and donate $25. (If you can not afford to provide the full $25, you may donate any denomination to this project–together we can make a difference.)

5. We’ll distribute the shoes to each person at the community breakfast at Matthewson Street Church on April 14.

Four Echoes is proud to team up with our customers and vendors to make a difference in our community. Thank you for being part of our mission!

Happy Birthday, to us!

One year ago today, Four Echoes opened its doors with ridiculous excitement, anticipation, nervousness, and humility. Our team has been on a journey to build relationships with our vendors, our customers, and the community we serve. We’ve learned a lot and have made plenty of mistakes, but we continue to see incredible growth in sales and vendor rentals (currently have a waiting list for rentals). This past year, because of your support, we have been able to give scholarships to inner city youth, provide Bags of Hope to children in foster care, and launch a summer camp for at-risk children–and that’s just year ONE! We’re so excited for all that has been accomplished and for all that is to come!

We’re throwing ourselves a party May 25-27 (once the weather warms). Please join us to celebrate! More details to come!

Spring is springing…

The birds are singing, the sun is getting stronger and the days longer. It can only mean winter is yielding to new spring life. And there is so much life springing up at Four Echoes—you really must come in to experience it.

Seven (yes, seven) new vendors joined us this month filling to capacity our upper level booths, lower level booths, jewelry showcases and open shelves! Great news is we have added additional open shelf units for lease to bring our shoppers more vendors, more variety and more unique finds.

Spring merchandise is being added throughout the shoppe daily for you to bring new life to your home and patio. Come check out the garden display at the front counter for inspiration and a bit of spring hope.

More renovations are unfolding next week, this time in our cafe area (stay tuned–we are so excited)! Our self-serve cafe has been moved around the corner but will still be available during renovations. So bring a friend to shop, enjoy a cookie and coffee and slow down to enjoy the little things in life. We’re grateful to have you all part of the Four Echoes family and we’re so excited to see what Spring brings to Four Echoes at Grist Mill Pond.

Welcome to NEW Community “Library” Room

In early January, we had an unfortunate bursted pipe after a cold spell causing some unplanned shifting of vendors and repairs. But we believe… when life hands you lemons, you make lemonade. The repairs led to unearthing the beautiful hardwood floors and natural light in the space! We had a team of volunteers share their time, talent and financial support to create a peaceful, welcoming nook. We are so happy with how the room turned out and invite you to stop in for a cup of coffee from our self-serve coffee bar and relax in the community library room. You’ll find some great books at even better prices.

Be on the lookout for many more updates and renovations to the showroom and our fabulous grounds in the months to come!

Opening at 12, March 4!

We will delay our opening until noon today due to the snow storm. Open 12-5 March 4!

The coffee will be hot and the staff is looking forward to seeing you!
